aelf v1.12.0 Upgrade

We would like to announce that aelf's v1.12.0 upgrade is rescheduled and will be carried out at 10:00 AM on 15 January 2025 (GMT). The upgrade is estimated to happen at the block height of around 252256057 on the aelf MainChain and 239425629 on the aelf dAppChain, and it will be completed by 21 January 2025.

Below are the details of this upgrade:

Added a new type, MultiTransaction, to enable simultaneous transfers to multiple target chains on aelf, simplifying cross-chain transfers and similar business scenarios for users and dApps.

Introduced a new API, /api/blockChain/transactionResultWithBVP. For transactions that have not been included in a block and have expired, the StatusWithBVP field will indicate "EXPIRED", signalling that the transaction can no longer be successfully processed.
Added 'Func' and 'Tuple' APIs with multiple parameters to the whitelist to improve development efficiency, and introduced cryptographic curve functions to support ZK contract development.
