This decision underscores aelf's commitment to attracting and onboarding both Web2 and Web3 talent in one of the world's most vibrant tech hubs. The series will start with two key events in India, setting the stage for broader engagement and collaboration.

Workshop Format

The upcoming workshops in Kerala and Bengaluru are meticulously structured to maximise learning and participant engagement, starting with a morning meetup where participants check-in and receive materials. The session kicks off with a seminar on Smart Contract Security Fundamentals, led by aelf's blockchain researcher Mohit, delving into critical aspects of smart contract security. This is followed by an interactive Q&A session, allowing participants to clarify doubts and engage in discussions.

Next, there's a practical workshop on setting up and using Portkey, which is essential for blockchain development on aelf. Participants then enjoy a lunch and networking session, which provides an opportunity to share ideas and build connections.

The afternoon is packed with comprehensive training sessions covering the entire development cycle within the aelf ecosystem. Workshops include writing and deploying smart contracts, setting up the development environment, hands-on implementation of smart contracts, and building the frontend for decentralised applications.

After a short refreshment break, participants will submit their work for evaluation and receive constructive feedback. The day concludes with a prize presentation and lucky draw, offering prizes of 200, 150, and 100 ELF for the top 3 submissions, along with an additional prize of 50 ELF for a lucky participant. An extended networking session wraps up the workshop, allowing participants to deepen connections and explore potential collaborations.
