Dear ETransfer users and community members,

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our cross-chain infrastructure and improve long-term user experience, we plan to discontinue the ETransfer service, effective February 12, 2026.

This decision allows us to consolidate resources and focus on maintaining a more robust, efficient, and unified cross-chain solution.

Important notes:

eBridge will remain fully operational and will continue to serve as the primary and supported cross-chain tool.

The termination of ETransfer will not affect eBridge in any way.

Users are encouraged to migrate their future cross-chain activities to eBridge ahead of the termination date.

Portkey will suspend cross-chain support, as its cross-chain functionality relies on the ETransfer service.

Fairy Vault (EOA wallets) will no longer support cross-chain transfers via ETransfer; all cross-chain operations must be completed through eBridge.

Awaken’s Deposit function will be closed as part of this transition.

Forest will no longer support login via the Portkey SDK; users should log in using the Portkey Chrome browser extension instead.
